Spinal Imaging Online Bundle

Course Description

You will receive access to three online courses, equalling 1.9 Contact Hours.

Clinical Application of Thoracic Spine Imaging – 0.6 Contact Hours – This lecture reviews basic imaging interpretation principles, discerning a “normal” image from a “clinically relevant” image, clinical correlation of findings, and indications for referral in a direct patient care setting.

A Physical Therapist’s Guide to Cervical MRI Images – 0.5 Contact Hours – This online course will teach you everything you need to know to understand what you see on the image, as well as explain it to your patient. This lecture is geared towards assisting clinical diagnosis as well as helping each clinician feel more comfortable navigating cervical MRIs

A Physical Therapist’s Guide to Lumbar MRIs – 0.8 Contact Hours – During this lecture, you will be taught what to look for when reviewing an MRI of the lumbar spine, as well as how to explain it to your patient so that it decreases their fear and anxiety and increases their confidence in you as a therapist. Being able to navigate these images can help you feel more confident in your diagnosis and your treatment approach.
