BIO

Tiffany has been a practicing occupational therapist since graduation from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1988. She moved to the U.S. in 1994 and became a certified hand therapist a year later. She earned her Master in Business Administration in 2002 from University of the Pacific, and received her Post-Professional Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2011. She was certified by IAOM-US as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist in 2015; and she has been an assistant faculty member of the IAOM-US UE & Hand Track since 2016. Tiffany is also a certified ergonomics assessment specialist and a certified functional capacity evaluator. Tiffany is currently the supervisor of outpatient hand therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Tiffany co-authored with Mirka Normand, co-founder of the IAOM-US Hand and Upper Extremity Track, on a scoping review on the clinical assessment of the thumb in 2020.
